MSA–SKAD 2026 Scientific Conference

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the MSA–SKAD 2026 Scientific Conference, which will take place on September 16–18, 2026.

The conference is organized by the Department of Statistical Methods, University of Łódź, in cooperation with:

• the Classification and Data Analysis Section (SKAD) of the Polish Statistical Association,
• the Committee on Statistics and Econometrics of the Polish Academy of Sciences,
• the Statistical Office in Łódź,
• the Polish Statistical Association (Łódź Branch).

Conference partners include StatSoft Polska and LabMasters.

About the Conference

In 2026, the following events will be held jointly:

• the 44th edition of the Multivariate Statistical Analysis (MSA) Conference,
• the 35th edition of the SKAD Conference.

This joint event will serve as an international forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences in the field of statistics. The conference aims to foster a friendly and inspiring environment for scientific discussion.

The invited lectures will be delivered by:

• Marek Cierpiał-Wolan, PhD, DSc, Professor at the University of Rzeszów, President of Statistics Poland,
• Prof. Christian Hennig (University of Bologna),
• Prof. Eugeniusz Gatnar (University of Economics in Katowice),
• Prof. Stanisław Maciej Kot (Gdańsk University of Technology),
• Michał Lewandowski, PhD, DSc (SGH Warsaw School of Economics).
